China stands posed to ban all exports of Thulium, Terbium, Dysprosium, Yttrium and Lutetium, whilst implementing large reductions in exports of Neodymium, Europium, Cerium and Lanthanum.

  1. Personally, I recommend banning the import of Fidlium, Stroonium, Dyspepticum, Panjadarum, Blinkonium, and Overweenium. No good can come of their use, (except for medical porpoises, of course).

  2. Alternative mom cracks me up.
    So…..do we have any substitutes for these with similar properties (elsewhere in the periodic table?!!) And this stuff goes to micro chips for mobiles and machinery, right?
